A Bathing Ape (BAPE) accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original BAPE dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all signature branding tags remain attached and untampered.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
